Wildcats were the winners of a highly competitive U16 Girls Tournament in Parochial Hall on last Saturday. Teams from Dublin , Kerry, Limerick ,Cork and Waterford entertained a large attendance to some great basketball.
Wildcats and Fr Mathews ended the day with a highly competitive final. Both teams had periods during the game that looked like they had the game won . However both sides never gave up and the score was level at the final whistle.
In overtime Wildcats started faster getting into their stride and held on to win against a very good Fr Mathews team.
