Our Development program will commence on Saturday 11th November in Parochial Hall.
The program starts with :
U12 girls born 2007/2006 playing in the CLBB U12 grade at 9:30am to 11:30am.
U14 girls born 2005/2004 playing in the CLBB U14 grade at 11:30am to 1:30 am.
Players are to be at the trials twenty minutes before their session.
Training is set for another two sessions before the end of 2017 when we will have selected squads of 30 players.
These squads will be divided into teams to represent Cork in games.
First trial has a fee of €5 and follow up sessions will cost €2.
All players should bring a basketball and a drink with them to the trials.
Clubs must forward a list of players who are attending the trials. It would help if clubs could list the players in order of standard of skills. Separate list for each age group.
We hope to have a date and venue for the U16 Development over the next few days.
U16 trials will follow the same format of the U12/14.
We have a panel of eleven Coaches who are committed to the Development and will attend the sessions of each age group .
We now need the clubs to promote the Development with their players.
