Basketball Northern Ireland team wins men’s 2016 NAIC

Basketball Northern Ireland Team won 2016 Men’s National Area Intermediate Competition hosted by County Cork Basketball Board on 12-13 March. The winners defeated Team Kerry 71-42 in the final game of the tournament held in the Parochial Gall. Cork was represented by Cian Fitzgerald, Ger Quinlan, Graham Calnan and Marris Brusevics from Cork Celts; Paul O’Brien, Jamie Beadle, Irmatus Skierys, Malcoml Thompson from Neptune; Ryan Murphy, Brian Foley from Blue Demons, Jordan O'[Connell and Elliot Asemota from Ballincollig.
