Ballincollig has won Boys Under 14A All Ireland Club Championship after defeating Belfast Star in the final in the Parochial Hall, Gurranabraher, Cork on 10 April 2016. The Cork team was the winner of Pool B and played Dublin’s St. Vincents in the semi-final. Fr. Mathews was another Cork team participating in the Championship who finished 8th in the overall ranking.
