laid to rest earlier this week. The Rebels began rather
tamely and Lee Valley surged into a 14pt lead midway
through the 2nd quarter. Yvonne Burgoyne was
commanding the game and scoring almost at will for the
girls from the west. The third & fourth quarters
completely belonged to the rebels and it was as if Sarah

them level with Michelle McGinty scoring a free throw to
draw level with seconds on the clock. The Rebels surged
into a 6 pt lead with 3 mins gone in the 1st
period of extra time and Whitechurch was rockin! but

at the start of the 2nd period. Their luck
ran out once more when Alison Mullins also committed her
fifth and it was sadly game up for the Carraig na bhFear
